Minor Annoyance with Native Podcast App on iOS 9.1

I'm not sure where to report this to, but I do want to let everyone who is still using the native podcast app know about an issue that seems to have somehow come in with either iOS 9 or iOS 9.1.

If any of you have tried to use the native podcast app, most of it still works well with Voiceover. However, if you subscribe to a podcast and try to make adjustments in the app's Setting page, you can't do them with Voiceover. For some strange reason, most of the buttons are reported as dimmed, so you need to have someone nearby to make the adjustments for you. Some of them, like the subscriptions and notification button still work, but most of the others do not.

Most people may not care, but I did want to alert you to this so if you are using the native podcast app, you can alert Apple's Accessibility team about it. I have actually called them on it, and they were able to confirm it. I hope they will address this issue whenever they update to iOS 9.2.

If this matters to you, you can jeither leave things as they are, but if you don't want to wait and have someone make the adjustments, you can still use the app.

If you'd rather use another podcast app, you can use Overcast or Downcast. These are both good apps, and they will add features not offered in the native podcast app.

By the way, the problem is not in the Settings app, but the Podcast app.

Anyway, for what it's worth, I thought I'd pass this on to you. If you do want to see it addressed, if only for ensuring that this is corrected, please call or e-mail the accessibility team at Apple. Thanks.
