a magic shortcut for muting while in a call on iphone 13

Hello all:
I know how can i mute and unmute myself while in a call on iphone, but it took a while to search for the mute button, and double tab, sometimes i do not have the time to do this for immergiency purposes,
so, is there a shortcut on ios or Voice over that can mute or unmute my voice while in a call?

I did some digging to see if in the, commands, you could find something to mute, but nothing. There's mute speech but nothing to mute the microphone. With that being said, The only solution i've found thus far is airpods, if your wearing airpods, one press of the stem will mute and unmute. That's the best solution i've found at the moment. I looked to see if this would be possible to create via shortcuts and set the shortcut to a gesture, but the only app that has actions like, toggle mute etc, is zoom, but shortcuts like that don't seem to be availablefor other apps or for general use sadly.

Unfortunately the airpods seem to be the only way to d'o this at the moment'. I haven't been able ;to find another solution to this.

I really wish this were possible, finding the mute button isn't easy!

One clunky solution to this is to use voice control. I just tested it, and it technically works for hands free muting. Here's my command flow. I have voice control asleep in the beginning of the phone call because I wouldn't want it reacting to my general conversation:
"start listening iPhone"
"tap hide keypad"
"tap mute"
"tap unmute".
"Stop listening iPhone"
