Greetings,
I lost the clicking sound when I perform a double tap or a split tap on my iPhone 6S. What did I change or turned off? Please help. Many thanks

Greetings,
I was working with the apps list and suddenly I have a "reference" folder created with two of my apps moved into it and no longer showing on the list of apps. What did I do? I want my two apps back in the list and out of the reference folder.
Many thanks.
Regards

Hi Pascal,
Use Sound Effects may be off. Try going to Settings > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver > Use Sound Effects On/Off. Toggle it off, then toggle it on again.

To move the two apps out of the Reference folder, first start by double tapping and holding with one finger, waiting and then letting go.
Your home screen is in edit mode. Scroll over to the Reference folder and double tap. Scroll down to the first app you want to remove. Double tap and hold with one finger and drag it out until VoiceOver tells you to wait for 5 seconds. Keep holding your finger on the screen until VoiceOver has said that the folder is closed.
Now go into the Reference folder again and do the same process.
