Hello all. I hope you all have great times. I am trying for lots of time to contact the company mentioned in the subject of this post, in order to ask them to update their money recognition app for iOS. In Israel, new bank notes have been released, and a new version of this app is required because we can not recognize most of our today's money notes with this app anymore. I have tried contacting them for lots of time, but did not get any answer. I also did not here from them in a long time in general. Is the company still active?

Thanks,

Adi Kushnir.

They should be. Did you try their twitter or email support? Good luck.

Well then they are probably gone. Our money reader app for us has not gotten an update either not in about 2 years.

Good luck.

Well, someone should maintain their developer account in order for the app to continue appearing in the App store, and they do. Very interesting.

On their website, the latest news is back in 2012, and their last tweet was in 2013. I've also heard that new currencies are breaking the app. Still works great on my American bills, but don't know if that will continue if we do get new currency. Too bad as the $10 was spent on it. If it does get updated, I hope I don't get autocharged if it's considered an upgrade.

The Money Reader app is in the collection of apps that are specially designed for people with disabilities under the Vision heading. As a result, Apple has an obligation to us consumers to be in contact with the app developers. If the app cannot perform as advertised with new currencies, it ought to be removed from the list of apps for people with disabilities, as this could mislead consumers to pay $10 US for an app that may not work correctly.

so are bank notes in Israel all in the same size, regardless of the denominations?? I've been around, and all the countries i've visited, developed or frontier, they all have different sizes for different denominations. i've never been to Israel, though.
