I have downloaded about 10-12 battery apps this weekend. I downloaded a paid app called "low battery alert" and it doesn't work.The best app I have found so far is Battery HD+, I really like how you can set it to get a notification at 5% increments going up or down, but it' only works some of the time. Another app called Ebatt sounded promising, it didn't work either. I wonder if IOS 11 made it more restrictive for battery apps. I think I heard

defeating the purpose
Just a thought, but wouldn't a battery monitoring app be draining the battery? The latest operating system for the iPhone not only monitors the battery's remaining charge just as previous systems did, but also shows the battery's performance level. No apps are necessary.

I'm looking for a app that alerts you with a notification at a certain percentage. Battery HD+ does it with a audio voice that tells you the percentage or you can choose a sound. I'm looking for a app like that, but that is more consistent.

Okay. So your device will alert you at 20% of battery, then 10%, then at 5% it will alert you again. I've always gotten them to work on my end.

Hi! Thanks for caring to reply. I was hoping to be notified at 60%, 50%,or 40%.I do get alerted from my device at 20% . I try not to go lower than that. Maybe in future IOS"s you can have the option to decide what percentage you get the alert.
