looking for Caller id apps and profile apps

Hi, I'm looking for two apps.
1. I'm looking for a Automatic profile switching app ( that will allow different volume for ring
tone at home and at work. Toggling of WIFy depending on the availability of the network etc. 2. talking caller id, which will repeat the caller ID based on my preference.
