Looking For an App that will Turn Plaine Text Into Links

Hi. I am looking for an iOS or Mac app that will turn plaine text into html or marckup links for me to use on my website. Is there any such thing? Thank you.

   I am shure there is, but its faster to write the actual html code than use an app I think. Just a suggestion. over here they give pretty good info how it works. :). I found a generator online too, in case you still need it. http://www.htmllinkcode.com/

Hi. I don't know the first thing about html code. I am trying to learn, but in the mean time, apps or these online generators are good. What's the difference between mouceover text and the other text that was there? I forgot what it was called, but I think it was called tytel text or link text or something. What I did was just put Click Here in both boxes and that produced the results I wanted, but I have a bunch of links on my site and this generater will only let me do 1 link at a time. What I want is an app or online thing where I can upload a file with the links in plaine text and download a file with the links in html. So what that generator does, but with a whole page at once, not just 1 link.
