Yes, you can do that easily in Apple Music. Go to the Search section and type in classical music or something like that and you will be able to listen to this music genre. Apple Music is quite cheap in my opinion. It costs 20 RON per month, which means about 4 Euros.
Note: RON=Romanian Leu.
Maybe I'm not understanding, or maybe I just keep things in my life over simplified, but I'm curious why Apple Music wouldn't do what you need. It's built in to your device and is fully accessible. If you have other needs, maybe explain those for folks who may have other recommendations.
KUSC is a good and free app with excellent classical music. I use Amazon Music Unlimited with its $80/year subscription for Prime members most of the time but also use our local classical radio station KUAT-FM on the old Bose radio or the iOS Radio app.it has very limited talk and no commercials.
Here are some good classical music Apps available in the U.S. App store, not sure which other countries they may be available in. AccuRadio, free to download, and free to use. RadioTunes, free to download, you can use it free, or purchase a subscription if you want to. I use the free version. Both of these Apps offer classical music as well as other music genres. Then there is NPR, free to download, and free to use. this is primarily known as a news App, but there is a listen live tab near the bottom of the screen which will allow listening to many classical music radio stations around the country. I use all of these Apps, and they are usable with VoiceOver.

what's wrong with Apple Music?

Classical music and a whole host of options
While I also think Apple Music is the best option to help you discover and listen to classical music, a good number of apps exist which have been designed to provide a pleasant classical music experience. I say Apple Music is our best bet because most of these apps also need to be unlocked by paying around $9.99 per month -- the equivalent of a personal Apple Music subscription, and with an Apple Music subscription you gain a lot more. Anyway, you may also want to check the following apps -- please note that I don't know how accessible they are. I'm also including apps which have been updated recently and seem to have a substantial audience.
