Keyboard Shortcuts

Hi. Recently I've noticed that my shortcuts for phrases aren't being saved on my iPhone 5. I usually use this feature as it saves me typing words and phrases out in full. It just makes that typing experience allot better. I have some words and phrases saved and I can't seem to understand why the iPhone is not saving my new entries. Has anyone had an issue with shortcuts?

Hi saqib. I'm not having any problems either on my 4S. They're also syncing via iCloud to my iPad without a problem. Sorry I can't explain the problem you're having. Ken, go to Settings>General>Keyboard and scroll to the bottom where you'll find Shortcuts. It's a great feature.
