Not exactly however, There is indirect way to do so. which is by restoring a back up whether from iTunes or iCloud including the old version of an app that you already have its old version. Hope that helps
Have you synced your apps to your computer since you updated the YouTube app? If not, there is a very helpful AppleVis podcast on rolling back apps using iTunes. http://www.applevis.com/podcast/episodes/app-roll-backs-how-reinstall-previous-version-ios-app There's no need to restore from a backup, since if you haven't synced your apps since the update, the older version will still be in your iTunes library. Just be sure to delete the new version of the app from your i-device before reinstalling the older one, or you'll be stuck with the new one permanently. You may also want to set up iTunes to sync manually if you haven't already, so that even if you sync music, tones, etc, your apps will remain unchanged until you tell iTunes to sync them. I also strongly recommend syncing your apps before updating any app, so you will always have the older version available. Hope this helps.

Thanx josh, a very helpful podcast. But , strangely , i got the previous youtube version in a completely different way. All i did was to uninstall the app, and then download it again using the app store on my itouch! And i got the older version back. What happened there? And how was it possible? Thanks ,

That's weird that you were able to get the older version from the app store. It may be that the download link in the app store hasn't been updated yet. That's great that you were able to get the previous version. Just curious, has accessibility been broken in the latest version of the YouTube app?
Not really, just a little bit. The videos within your favorites and playlists are not labeled. Another annoying thing is that the number of videos listed in my subscribtions is now limited to 9 videos i think. Luckly i got the old version back!
