Is anyone else having issues with getting their text notifications? On my phone I get notified for almost any other notification. But I’m not getting the sound consistently for my text messages. If I have my iPad nearby, I will get them that way, but of course it isn’t full proof if you get messages from people who don’t have iPhones. Sometimes it resolves itself temporarily if I turn silent mode on and then back off again, and if I restart my phone. But it’s not a consistent fix.

I forgot to mention this in my original post, but if my phone is locked, I still get my text notifications on my Apple Watch.
My wife and I have this problem, too
We both have IOS 17.1.1. She has an iPhone 10s. I have an iPhone 15 pro. (she doesn't want to upgrade, shrug)

Can this actually be done? Despite testing with all kinds of settings, I haven't heard a text mesage being spoken on the locked screen since iOS 17.
