Issue with Ipod 4

dear folks. I'm facing a strange issue and I hope someone can help me resolve it. I have an Ipod 4 and have downloaded many apps on it but recently it doesn't allow me to go beyond 11 pages of application. I can only find those apps not listed in these 11 pages by searching ipod and then I can double tap on them and open them normally. How can I fix this issue? I don't like to reset all my ipod to resolve it cause I have some gifted apps on this ipod like Speak It and Money Reader or Light Detector. Is there any ways to solve it using Ipod itself or via Itunes. By the way, I am using Itunes v10.6 that I believe it to be more accessible than the latest versions as I tested them on my Windows PC. You might have to jail brake it to go over 11 pages of apps.

Thanks so much for your advice. I believe I had it show apps in more than 11 pages once but after that this issue came into being. Any other ideas from other folks? Can I set my Ipod using Itunes to show my applications in more than 11 pages? The more I think, the more I am sure I had my applications in more than 11 pages but I have not seen any choice on Itunes to do so yet.
