Hi
So there is an issue with YouTube
Well at least on my iPhone 6s Plus
Do you know how when you search for something at the bottom of the keyboard does a little search button? When I dictate something, I go down to press the search button, but it’s great down, so I have to go to the text box and double tap until it says in flashing pointed start and then I have to press the search button again
This doesn’t happen in any other app, I OS 15.7, iPhone 6s Plus, it doesn’t happen on iPhone SE 2022 iOS 16.4.1

Have you tried reinstalling the YouTube app? Don't know for sure if that will help, but that should be your first step. Also, make sure screen recognition is off. I had all kinds of problems when that was turned on using the YouTube app. Finally, it could be that although the iPhone compatibility guide says iOS14 will support the iPhone 6S, it is the earliest phone it will support, and perhaps newer updates bring that compatibility and support into question.

I can’t remember which apps, but I am sure it’s not a YouTube only issue. I am running the same iOS as you but I have another phone, so it’s probably a software issue.
What I do is to go to the search button, then type any letter, delete it, and then the search button works again.

Make sure you're running 15.7.5 and the latest version of the YouTube app. iOS 15 is still receiving updates for now.

Sorry. I meant iOS15 in my posts yesterday. Guess I was a little tired. :)
