iPhone 4S and multimedia message issues

This morning, I woke up to a message on my phone that contained a picture that my brother sent me. When I tried opening the attachment, Voiceover would not read me the buttons that were displayed onscreen. I had a sighted person verify this and when he clicked on the "Save" button, voiceover did not read anything at all. Is there a fix to this issue or is this a bug that Voiceover has with iOS 6? Thanks.

IOS 6.0 has changed how some things are interacted with. If your message reads "media," there should be a tab if you swipe right that says more info, if you tap that, you should have options to interact with the media. Sometimes, the media itself can't be played depending on it Apple supports the file type. The best thing to do is call APPle's accessibility phone so you can ask and get a more direct answer. I don't know the number off hand, but it is very easily googled.

Well, it could be a bug as well. I think the best thing to do is call the accessibility phone number and e-mailing accessibility@apple.com The teams are very responsive and make it a point to help you and if they can't they document it and send it to be fixed.

I had the exact same problem today. I can save pictures just fine when they are emailed. I emailed accessibility so we'll see what happens.
