Hello, I recently bought the iPhone 13 and downloaded ios15. Since the download the only notification working is the ring tone. I contacted Apple help who told me there is a bug in ios15. I downloaded an update but the problem persists so I went to my local apple store. They advised me to do a hard reset which I did but the problem persists. Also my Watch stopped at the time of the reset. Any thoughts?

If you did a hard reset to the iPhone you will need to pair the Apple Watch again as the reset process causes the iPhone to forget the Apple Watch existed. Can you provide more information as to what’s notification behavior are you seeing versus what do you expect to see? I have an iPhone 13 running iOS 15 and as far as I can tell notifications work fine.
