iPad AIR 2, IOS 9 and Belkin QODE Ultimate Pro

iOS and iPadOS

Hi all,
I'm facing a strange problem on my iPad Air 2 under IOS 9.
VoiceOver does not read the letters that I type on my Belkin Bluetooth keyboard. The issue appears only in some apps like Notes. Messages for example still works fine.
In Notes VoiceOver doesn't say anything when I type letters. It also does not speak when I navigate arround with the arrow keys. The keyboard itself works because the letters which I type appear on the screen. I can use the touch screen to read my notes.
Yesterday, I connected the same keyboard with my iPhone 6. It also runs under IOS 9. Here Notes works as expected. VO speaks when I type or navigate.

Any ideas? It would be great if someone could help.

Voice over won't give any feed back either while typing, or trying to navigate by characters words or lines. This happens in all text entry fields. I am at a total loss as to what I should do
Really hope there is a fix for this .

Okay, so I just got the Belkin QODE Ultimate Bluetooth Keyboard Case for my iPad Air 2 and I'm running into an issue myself. The keyboard synced fine and works fairly well with the aps I've used it with, but does have one issue. I can't seem to navigate completely. I can arrow with VO, but if I hit Cmd+Alt and "-" to open a folder or app, it doesn't seem to work. Is this something with the keyboard or has anyone else experienced a similar issue with other keyboards? I looked to see if there was any information on Belkin's website, but haven't been able to find any help in this area. Any help would be appreciated, as I'd like to stop having to use the touch screen if I had to.
