ios7 bug with bluetooth keyboard and voiceover

hello, was just wondering whether anyone has encountered a a similar problem in ios7.. when entering caps lock on a bluetooth keyboard voiceover says 'caps lock off' even when it isn't. i've tried 2 keyboards andboth say the same thing...on IOS 6 it worked as it should...this is a pain since like to type with no voice feedback but have to constantly check whether caps lock is off or on, also does anyone know how to stop voiceover reading everything from the beginning that you write in text fields on webpage? for example, when typing this at the moment it keeps reading everything have written from the beginning, despite having turned feeback off to nothing. when writing in a word processor it doesn't do this. thanks for any help.
