Hello I'm having serious issues with my iPhone 5S I'm running iOS7.04 okay the point is Have you had iPhone crashes using the follow apps? Safari, Music ( iTunes Radio ), Twitter, Twitterrific or other specific app. Okay the problem is well I saw this since October last year, and when try to open some app mention above the iPhone crash it means get out to the home screen or get the notification that Screen is locked, it doesn't occur everytime but is very often. I talked to apple accessibility and they suggest delete the Twitter app from the iPhone to then re install again, that I did, well I can't delete the own apple apps and the apple support suggest is restore using iTunes backup well I reset my device last week and today two times, I don't have any more the Twitter app has deleted from the iPhone and I decide to purchase Twitterrific since last Saturday if it help but today I got twice device crash on this morning. I live USA and able to use iTunes radio just I want make sure if is my device or someone else has the same issue. could you post your comments. Thanks. apple support suggest restore and use iTunes or iCloud backup each time that happens it....

I've been facing the same issue a lot on all ios devices. Unfortunately I don't know what causes that. I'm also facing battery and heating problems using my iPhone 5S.

Noissues here. I'd suggest trying to restore your phone as new, that is do not restore usingitunes but restore from iTunes as a new phone. I have had to do this once in my 4 years of owning an iPhone..

Take care.

I seem to have the same issue sometimes. It doesn't bother me that much but sometimes when I am in apps, it will freeze up and kick me back out to the home screen. It is mostly safari but is sometimes other apps not made by Apple.

Honelstly, the only issue that I've had with safari, is that yes, sometimes it kicks me out of browser and back to the home screen. I've stopped using safari, and am using google chrome for now. Also that stupid focus bug navigating by links, etc is driving me absolutely crazy. You'd be on a link, reading it, and then wait a couple of seconds later, then it takes ya to an add or something on the page. I've never had the battery or heating issue. Are you using any intensive processor apps? I mean, any apps that put a significant drain on the battery? Just curious, because I've honestly never had the battery issues come up on my 5S before. TC all.

I have an IPhone 4S, running IOS 7.0.6. Over the last few weeks, I have noticed some apps crashing, mainly Lords and Knights, Celtic Tribes, Umano, and Spotify. When the first crash occurred, I thought it was something wrong with the app, because it seemed to happen when I was scrolling or flicking around the screen. But now, with so many apps crashing, I think this is a VoiceOver bug with Apple, or with the new IOS update. I'm just not sure what to do about it. All I know is, I've never seen low-quality behavior like this from my IPhone in the four and a half years I've owned one.

I know this sounds really simple, but have you tried rebooting the phone by pressing the lock button 6 times quickly? This kind of soft-reboots the system. Also, have you tried closing out all the affected apps in the app switcher?

Hi Jen and all on this thread: I submitted this post couple weeks ago when was running iOS7.0.4 I was talking to apple care support for couple weeks about this issue. also apple care support was calling back to me every 3 or 4 days after the first report who I did to see what's going up with this bug, through this time I needed to restore my device many times and every time when apple call run a test on the device, The 3 suggestions from apple care support are the following: #1. Delete and re_install the app from the device. Of corse this step apply only for third party apps, because the apple own apps can't be deleted. #2. Restore and use iTunes or iCloud backup. it means restoring and backing up using Mac or Windows or iCloud, This process apply to Mac OS, Windows machine or the iOS device by it self. #3. Set Up as new device. okay for 2 weeks that apple was calling back to me this is the answer from there. 2 or 3 crashes on the device are consider normal. but here are all the work who I did. I started doing the step number 1 delete and re_install the third party apps. Hahaha!!! stupid suggestion from there, well the iOS crashes are going to happens on third or apple own apps. well the second step worked better for me because I didn't loose any data or but still I' seeing those issues less with the new update. the third step just is not reason to do it why? because I set up as new device and the the results was the same the first app who I opened as new device was safari and crashes inmediatily so and then there not reasons why set up as new device if I'm going to loose all my data settings and information. so then I suggest doing the second step.

Could it possibly be a hardware issue? Especially since the setup as new device did not work?

By MarkSarch on Monday, March 24, 2014 - 03:40

That possibility exist but. all of iOS devices on this thread we are facing the same issue. nut mutter what iOS device or version we are running. also the apple care support representative was running an iPhone 5S and got crash him device too, he called at next apple representative running iPhone 5 and also saw crash running iTunes radio so finally they confirmed some thing wrong on the iOS and sent some note to apple engineers personallyI think is better recognized when something is wrong and work to try to fix it. try to open some link using safari or twitter and see what is the result not always happens but is there. I didn't want get a replacement iPhone because I reading on this thread and also on apple community and the results are here. also they told me whenever started with some crash wherever app is, this is some continue bug and continue until see many crashes on most apps will be presented.
Hi, Lords and Knights crashing too often to try to do anything in the game. very frustrating indeed. I tried uninstalling the game, rebooted phone after removing app, I am stumped.

In that case, I would email the dev of tha particular game as this thread has everything to with apple's now apps not others that have crashed. I alwould also email your logs to the dev as well so he can see what's going on.

take care

Hello Mary. I put the message in the game forums. Also decided to put the game on my iPod which has IOS 6.1.6. Lords and Knights did not crash at all. I think that puts the ball back in Apples corner. It us aoarebtkt bit the game from what I have observed today.
