I think I am the only one on the planet that has the below challenges with my iPhone SE 2020 with IOS 14.7.1
1. Shortcuts app. all the automations that have a Speak Text function either don't work when triggered or work with impaired speech. Also there are no voice options under English South African
2. Audio Ducking; actually does not work as it used to earlier these days when I call anyone I get this service message from the government about taking precaution i.e. wearing a mask, washing hands etc. The only way to get rid of this message is use the Keypad and dial any random number. Trust me, this message is really annoying and long so I desperately want to get rid of it and finding the keypad option on the screen with this loud message and audio ducking not doing it's job is a nightmare experience
