Hi everyone!
I am making a Twitter for Apple Watch app called Jay.
I've just released a new version and it brings much improved VoiceOver support.
App Store link: https://itunes.apple.com/app/jay-for-tweeting/id1432449486?ls=1&mt=8
It supports most of the functionality you'd expect from a Twitter app: reading your timeline, tweeting, retweeting, liking, trends, search, etc.
In addition, you can save tweets on your Apple Watch and later access them on your iPhone, where you can open links using Safari, or browse hashtags and users using your favorite Twitter app. Currently Jay supports the official Twitter app, Twitterrific and Tweetbot.
Jay is totally free. And if you like it you can leave a tip using the in-app-purchases.
I'd love it if you tried it and let me know what you think!
Thanks,
Nerius

Marvelous App for the Wrist
Hi neriusv,
Firstly, thank you ever so much for coming on to AppleVis to announce to us about your Jay for Tweeting! Also, for taking the time in making this accessible for us! Awesome news!
I've taken some time out this afternoon to give this a spin. Marvelous little gem and works great with VoiceOver on my Apple Watch. It does everything as you would expect and want from an app like Jay. I wonder if you could add Mentions, Direct Messages, and List to Jay? I would certainly love to see those as options that I can also look at and reply when I need it. Adding those little features would certainly push this app to be a fuller robust Twitter app on your wrist.
A job well done and a great Twitter app to have on your wrist for sure! Most of all this being completely free with no limitations what so ever is simply amazing and a must have for your Apple Watch.
Keep up the great work!

Thanks!
Thanks!
Mentions are definitely on my TODO list.
Honestly, I haven't given any thought to Twitter Lists as I've never used them myself but I'll look into it eventually. Right now Mentions is the biggest missing feature in Jay.
Direct Messages have been lingering on my "Maybe Someday" list for a long time.
One problem is it needs additional permissions from Twitter. The users would see a message that "This app will be able to read you private messages" when signing-in. I'm a bit worried that it might scare away some privacy-conscious users.
I'm also not sure about how to implement it in a user friendly way, like picking a user whom to send the message to, etc. So "Maybe Someday".
Thanks again for the kind words and thanks for adding Jay to the Apple Watch App Directory!
Great App
I just tried Jay on my Apple Watch 4, and it works great with VoiceOver. Easy to read and post tweets. Viewing to and replying to mentions would definitely be a welcome feature, but great work on the app so far.
Small update
Hi everyone! I'm back with a small update for Jay:
You can now open your own profile and tweets by using Force Touch on the main screen, selecting "More" and tapping "Profile".
Since a lot of people don't know that Force Touch is a thing on Apple Watch, I've also added a small tutorial on how to use it. It is shown the first time the app is launched.
It might freak out VoiceOver a bit, but hopefully it won't be a big issue.
