Hi,
I've been running the betas for iOS 10 and watchOS 3 for a while now, around Thursday I got an update for each device which I assumed would be the last update before the final public release. However, I have not received any update on the software update section for either device this evening. Does this mean that because I was running the beta I have the final releases already and will not need to install anything else.
Just in case it's helpful, The software update section for my iPhone says iOS 10.0.1 and for my watch it says 3.0

Try checking for updates
Try checking for the software updates again. If that doesn't work, restart both your iPhone and Apple Watch. Also consider resetting all settings on your iPhone. Nothing will be lost. If you are running beta software on your devices, this might be the latest version until another beta is released. Hope this helps.
I believe the GM builds
I believe the GM builds released last week are identical to what was released to the general public today.
This should help for IOS 10 at least
I came across this blog post yesterday and think it may help you solve your problem for IOS 10 at least:

The GM is essentially the final version, but you can just update it to the public release by doing this it sounds like. Hope it helps!
Thanks
Okay thanks, I've uninstalled the BETA profile, hopefully I'll start receiving all the official iOS release is now
Also, don't forget to unenroll
Also, don't forget to unenroll your devices from the Apple Beta Software Program. You can also choose to leave the program entirely so that you no longer receive beta updates. Not sure if iOS 9.3.5 is still available but you have to restore your devices using iTunes. For more information go to http://beta.apple.com and select the link that says unenroll. Hope this helps.
