So there's a new app out called Ice Cubes which is in beta, but released to the App Store very recently. I know most Mastodon users already have their app of choice, but it doesn't hurt to have one more especially since this one's open-source.

It does have some VoiceOver issues, however. A few unlabeled/mislabeled buttons, and the home timeline behaves more like a website. That is, the usernames, post content, and reply/boost/fav buttons are their own elements when read by VoiceOver. VoiceOver doesn't make use of the rotor. Also the buttons say the reply/boost/fav count, but don't say anything else, just the numbers.
Anyone else wanna write them and help make their app accessible? I already sent them the link for VoiceOver and app developers on Apple's website, which does a better job at explaining the problems than I can. They did favorite the post about VoiceOver, so we'll see.
Ice Cubes is also available for iPad, apparently. But I only tested it with an iPhone.

I really like how Ice Cubes let you follow local timelines that are NOT your local server.
