I have my work email (Outlook 365) on my phone too. And when I change a password, I have to change it on my phone. And, as the previous post said, make sure userid and password are the same as on the computer. Also, one thing that happens is when you are in the password field, there is an X there you have to delete. Do this and then enter your password.

Make sure your email and password are written the exact same as they are if you login to a computer.
