When i went in to the i messages app on my i pad i can't find the audio messages feature.it says dicktate. But it does not say audio messages it used to be there.
It’s no longer next to the text box. You have to tap on the app button on the left side of the text box. And there will be a button above the keyboard called audio. That’s how you record audio messages now. You can also use Siri to ask it to record an audio message to whoever you like. This is also going to change again in iOS 17. I would strongly recommend that you reach out to Apple accessibility phone number. Call 1-877-204-3930. They will be able to properly direct you. You can also vent frustrations to them directly. The phone number provided is for the USA. Depending on where you are in the world, you might have to find the Apple accessibility phone number for your region.
