In voice over area of settings in my IPhone 4s, I encountered this rotor thing. While selecting things I want to include in my rotor, there is a reorder button besides each item. For example, I am focused on the character rotor, when I flicked to the right it says reorder, character button. I assume this will reorder the items in the rotor. But I cannot make it work. How can I use reorder in voice over rotor? Thanks.

Double tap and hold on the reorder button itself to make this work. You will see this same function elsewhere in the iPhone, i.e., reordering a playlist, for example.
