how do I like a direct message on Instagram?

hello everyone
hope you're having an amazing day so far.
I wanted to know whether we can like a message on instagram with voiceover or not. since I got my IPhone, I've been struglling to know how to do this and so I decided to ask over here in the hope if anyone could enlighten me. I was able to do it with talkback before 10 May 2019, when I bought my Iphone and since then I've been wonderring how people do it.
