I have a different reminders app on my iPhone SE that I use instead of the native reminders app and now my mom has asked me to get it for her phone which is the same type and model. The trouble is that on my phone the app just shows up as to do list, and there's no about section or preferences section in the app that I might be able to look in to get the exact app name. Is there an easy way to find this app? Btw I've gone into the app store and into my account under purchases, and of course there are a bunch of apps listed but I still don't see the one I want.
I may've gotten this app here on applevis but it's been a few years since I downloaded it so I'm not sure if I got it from here, basically it opens and the button to add a new reminder is at the upper left followed by a list of the reminders, and if I hit the new reminder button the next screen has a title field, a note field, a button where I can change the alarm sound, an item picker where I can pick the day then a picker for hours and minutes, then back near the top of the screen is a save button. In other words it's very easy to use and that's why I like it.

What I'd do
If the app is updated often, you could try going into the updates screen in the App Store and tapping on the name of the app. From there, you should be able to share a link to it.
In your Purchases screen, there should be a Redownload button next to every app that isn't installed on your device. The ones that are installed have an Open button instead. You could go through all your apps and use a process of deduction to find this app based on the name of the button next to the app's name.

double tap and hold the app icon and then choose share. Send that link to your mum. She'll get a link to the appstore page of that app.

The app may not be available in the app store anymore. I double-tapped and held on the app, and when my options came up I double tapped share and it wouldn't let me.
