Help, Seeing Eye GPS has stopped working

Is anyone else having problems using Seeing Eye GPS this weekend?
The app does nothing when I double tap to open the app. All I can read is my status bar but nothing works on the app. This started about 10:00pm MST. I have removed the app and redownloaded the app and still have the same issue.

Mine is working fine.
the first thing I wondered was if perhaps you had a subscription that had run out? I saw very little on my screen when my three year contract ran out in 2016. Now that I have the Seeing eye XT I don't have to worry about that again.

I've just noticed this. Give it some time, the app will eventually open after a minute or so. then it should be good

Hello and thanks for the helpful ideas. I have noticed that after a few minutes after the app is opened, I get an error that says server timed out and I have to tap the ok button. I have shut off wifi and used lte and got the same thing. Unable to connect to server. I don't get this. My phone works on my wifi just fine with Blind Square and other apps. Maybe I should contact Sendero.

I don't think I've ever seen that, but it sounds like it might be on there end of the app. I'd either wait a couple days, and try again, or contact sendero
