Are the MyPhonec app and/or the Resound Smart 3D app accessible on IOS. Any information or personal experience using either app would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have any experience with the MyPhonec app, but I did try Resound hearing aids and the smart 3D app. Setup was accessible, as was changing settings. There's one point during setup where you have to take off your hearing aids and put them in their charging case. It says to put them back on after the lights on the case start flashing. I just waited several seconds and put them back on, and it worked.

There was a page where you could touch different parts of the screen to choose a program, and that was not accessible; the program would switch without my knowing it was going to switch or which program it was going to switch to. The status tab was useless, but I could get status information by using the Hearing Aid option in the Accessibility shortcut or with the Smart 3D Apple Watch app.

The Apple Watch app is very accessible. It includes shortcuts to add speech clarity or filter noise, and for the Music program, there are shortcuts to increase treble or increase bass. It's also easy to see which program is active and whether one of the shortcuts is active.

I would suggest that you join the blind Hearing Aid Users mailing list, as there are many knowledgeable people on that list with a lot more experience than I have. To join, send a message to blindhearingaidusers+subscribe@groups.io

Good luck!
