having trouble with Siri.

hello everyone, I know that topics about Siri have been posted before, but I thought it would be better just to post a new one, because it's a new problem. sometimes when I kgo to use Siri, it will say something along the lines of "I am really sorry about this but I can not take any requests right now, please try again in a little while." I am running an IPod five, with latest IOS seven. all my other stuff is fine, twitter and the like. Is Siri lazy for anyone else? lol, or is it just my connection? should I contact apple and let them know what is going on, or should I just deal with it? I have to say "open skype." for example three times, maybe even more than that, to get Siri to work. It is happening enough to make it hard to use Siri. Siri is a huge help to me. Granted I am not complaining about this, I just don't know if this is a problem on my end, or on the servers themselves. If anyone could give me input I would be greatful, thank you, Cat

Have you tried turning Siri off and then on again? I was having this issue in iOS6 for a week, and I finally restarted Siri. That seemed to help, although I had to do it 2 or 3 times, with several phone reboots in between.

no, I never thought of that. I will try to see if that fixes the problem, thanks, and sorry for the typo in the first post, I don't know how to edit the post to fix it.
