Getting voiceover to announce lyrics in Apple Music.

Greetings.
I seem to recall that in earlier versions of iOS, voiceover would announce lyrics just before you’d have to sing them in Apple Music, is it still possible to have voiceover announce lyrics like that? I’ve tried everything and so far, nothing has worked. Tips would be highly appreciated.
