Getting around iPhone setup screen. iPhone 15 pro?

Hi everyone, I'm currently restoring my iPhone 15 Pro using the Apple Configurator on MacOS. I find the language and setup screen difficult to navigate when it says "Swipe to open." Is there any way to get around this on the iPhone itself? Or is there any way to configure all these settings on Mac OS so I don't have to do it on the iPhone? I've never used Apple Configurator, so not sure if it changes this in any way, but normally, you should be able to start the setup process on your iPhone by triple-clicking the Side button to start VoiceOver, and then performing the Home gesture. From there, you will likely need to complete several initial setup tasks, depending on what information was restored from the backup.
