Hello. I want to know how to get the iPhone or iPad to download the emails from the server automatically instead of updating every 15 minutes?

hi. this actually depends more on the type of email you're using, and who your email is with. so are we talking, gmail? outlook.com? or some other web service? or an ISP's email system.
for example. with gmail, there is no real way of getting it to do this with the built in mail app. you can how ever, use the gmail app, though i don't tend to like that as much.
outlook.com on the other hand, uses a push enabled system, so emails come to your device instantly.
that, of course, is not including apples own, iCloud.com, me.com, or other apple emails address types. they of course are also pushed.
