Hi,
I have a friend who collects gemstones. All kinds, all shapes, and all sizes. She wants to know if there is an application for iOS that does this? I am aware that certain AI programs can do this to a point. Application such as ChatGPT, or Google Gemini, for example. However, she is wanting something more directly dedicated to this one function.
Does anyone know of any applications out there, or have any experience with such application?

Search the app store for stone ID. Lots of rock identifier apps. Search for gem Id, and the second result is Gem Identifier & Rock ID, Gemstone, Crystal, Rock Finder, five stars, 9 ratings

I sent her the links to something like five of these types of applications. I'll report back here once she has had a chance to review each one. Hopefully one of them will be what she is looking for. Lol
