Focus On Twitter App

Hi I have been using the Twitter app on IOS 7 with Voiceover. It works very similarly to IOS 6 but there is one problem that I am having with keeping the focus on the tweats rather than it randomly moving away to the tab buttons at the top of the page, if I am flicking up the page or the tabs such as Me and Connect at the bottom of the page. This is annoying as it means you have to ctouch the screen to try and get back to the tweat you were trying to hear before it moves away. Is this possibly something to do with the sensitivity of the touch-screen or is it just a bug?

Hi. For me, this is nothing new, as I've been having this particular issue since iOS 6. It got to a point where I could hardly go to a new tweet without it jumping to the tabs. This prompted me to look for alternatives and I've used Twiterific ever since.

I've had the focus issue on Twitter for iOS since iOS 6. It seems to happen a lot more on the iPhone than the iPad, however, I haven't used my iPad much with iOS 7, because of a VO gesture issue for the iPad. Another thing, does anyone have a way to refresh the tabs on Twitter for iOS on iOS 7? The only work-around I found was double tapping and holding, then sliding a finger down on the screen.

Hi. No, using Twiterific, this hasn't happened to me yet.
