The file size of my screen recordings are insane, which brings me to my question.

Okay, so I'm using an iPhone XS Max, and my question is this. Is there a setting that would allow me to make screen recordings with smaller sizes? I made a 49 minute video, which is over 6 GB. Is this normal? Can something be done about it?
