Family Sharing In IOS8 With Voiceover

Hi. I have set up Family Sharing on IOS 8 and am the administrator of the group. My wife and daughter are added, both as adults and, whilst I can retrieve my daughter's music and can play it, she cannot do so with my tracks and albums. Is there something the matter here- perhaps something which Voiceover is missing or something, which I have not properly set up? I would be interested to hear from any other Voiceover IOS 8 users, who have set up or are setting up Family Sharing.

Try going to settings iCloud and then go to family and then double tap you're name and check to see if share my purchases is on.

Hi Charlie!

Sorry that I can not provide an answer for your original question. I hope though that you've fixed the issue since then. I have been thinking of doing family sharing at home, where we are two adults. But my confusion arises when I read how it works: As far as I understand, one member of the group has to pay for every single purchase even though other adults are in the group. Is this correct, or can I change something when creating the family sharing account? What we will use it for is mostly Apple Music so we can share a legel subscription. Thank in advance for any answer. Best regards Thomas

When you invite somebody to share a family membership, you can share music and apps et cetera. As the administrator any purchases come off the administrators account. If the person you invited has gift cards on their account any purchases they make comes off the card first and then on to your charge card when the amount on the gift card expires. You can set the membership so that the person you invite has to get your permission to purchase items or you can set it for anyone in the group to purchase. Without permission. What ever any if you buys any of you can share. Hope that helps

Hello
I am having the same problem in that my son can't receive anything from me although I can download his stuff. Purchases for my name is ON and I have ticked all the checkboxes for music, apps, etc.
My named account is all set up correctly in iCloud as far as I can see and is linked to other email addresses that I use for Apple ID.
Any help would be most welcome.
With thanks.

To clarify, my son is an Adult and I am the Organiser and the Family Sharing is correctly linked to my credit card in iTunes.
Is there something I could be missing on my son's side, although I doubt this as I can download from him.
