When trying to connect to the home network that I regularly connect to, the very same network to which I am still connected on my computer on which I am currently writing this post, I got some false errors on my iPhone. My first attempt resulted in some "could not join this network" alert (I don't recall how exactly it is in English.), while my second attempt, in turn, failed with an incorrect password alert, which must not be true as it is already none other than me who connects to the very same network on other devices. Only after my third attempt have I finally been able to connect to the network.

Possible culprits
This could be a result of either the Private Wi-Fi Address feature or the Limit IP Address Tracking feature.
Or both.
Try going into Settings > Wi-Fi, focusing on the name of your Wi-Fi and swiping up to get to the More Info setting.
Both feature toggles will be found here.
Good luck~
Poor signal
Poor Wi-Fi signal can result in you receiving the incorrect password message. Try moving closer to the router
I know about these settings, but prefer them enabled.
I'm fairly close to the router by the way.
Weird but give it a try
This is something I thought I am the only one in the world who is going through. Switch bluetooth off then try to reconnect and see the magic of Apple delusion.
I already keep it off.
I hate the fact that Bluetooth just gets turned on once the device restarts after a software update. I already keep it off unless I need to switch it on for a particular reason or purpose, and want to be the one to decide when to switch it off or on.
Network Settings
Because someone has to say it. . .
have you tried reseting your network settings?
I know, I know, that can be a pain, especially if you have a bunch of private Wi-Fi credentials saved, but it may come to this to fix the issue. 🤷🏼♂️
No, this is why I don't do a factory reset already.
Network settings and VoiceOver preferences are two of the few things that I would avoid sacrificing unless inevitable. I would otherwise be willing to do an entire factory reset and set up everything from scratch.
Fair enough
. . . but somebody had to suggest it. 😇

Well, thanks...
