For those using VoiceOver and having issues with Facebook losing focus and jumping to the top of the page; not being able to flick backward to a previous line or post without losing focus; having to flick through what seems to be endless buttons of like, share & comment and any other crazy issues, please report this to Facebook. I did so through the following steps on Facebook. For reference, I am using an iPhone 17E running iOS 26.6.2.
Menu (This button is at the top left of the Facebook Home page.)

Report a Technical Problem
Don’t Include (These may be any screen shots &etc.)
Other (Flick through a long list of subject topics to locate Other.)
Fill Out the What Went Wrong section
Send
Please report if you can. These issues make Facebook virtually unusable for me. Thank you

Personally I believe Meta and facebook have deliberately decided to ignore voice over accessibility. They used to have face book accessibility page, which they decided to let go. So, I doubt if they really take voice over users seriously.

I will send a message to the facebook team, and we will see if they will do something to fix this problem which really boring! And even if they don't take in account the accessibility anymore, we can try to send a message, and if a lot of people post a request, we can suppose they will change something in the application.
