Hello all:
i'm not a garageband expert user, but am using it just to export somethings as ring tones.
but now, when am trying to do the same on Ios 18, can not find any share or more, or export or anything,
so, i did the project and all things.
but how can i export the file as mp3 or ring tone?

and BTW, is there an easier solution to insert ringtones to my Iphone?

"Hey guys, below is a step-by-step guide on how to create ringtones on your iPhone using VoiceOver. Follow along to make your own custom ringtone!"

_Step 1: Download required apps_

- Download MusicToRingtone and GarageBand from the App Store

_Step 2: Get and trim the audio file_

- Find a ringtone online or screen record a portion of a song from YouTube
- Trim the song to the desired length, ensuring you have the portion you want and it's 30 seconds or less
- Note: If screen recording, MusicToRingtone will automatically convert the video to audio

_Step 3: Import, rename, and save as GarageBand project_

- Open MusicToRingtone, tap the "Load" button to import the audio file from either the Files app or Camera Roll on your device
- Rename the ringtone here, as it's easier than in GarageBand (which operates in landscape mode and can be difficult for VoiceOver users)
- Double-tap the "Save" option
- Select GarageBand from the list
- Wait for the file to convert
- Close the menu by finding the "Closed" button using Screen Recognition feature or exploring the screen (iPhone may announce "Closed" or "Button")

_Step 4: Open share sheet and select GarageBand_

- The share sheet will appear; choose GarageBand

_Step 5: Select GarageBand project and export as ringtone_

- After selecting GarageBand, you'll be presented with a list of recent projects
- Identify the file by name and timestamp, double-tap and hold to bring up the context menu
- Choose "Share" > "Export Project as" > "Ringtone"

_Step 6: Set as ringtone and delete GarageBand file_

- Go to Settings > Sounds and Haptics > Ringtone
- Select the newly created ringtone from the list
- Once the ringtone is created and set, you can delete the GarageBand file without deleting the ringtone

Note: Typically, you can create ringtones directly in GarageBand without a third-party app. However, navigating the timeline can be difficult for VoiceOver users. This additional third-party app simplifies the process by removing the need to navigate the timeline and use the clunky interface to drag and drop files.
