Enhanced Siri Voices in VoiceOver

Hi,
I'm having a problem with the enhanced U.S. Siri voices for VoiceOver in iOS 9.0.2. They do not work.
Other languages work just fine, download as expected and everything.
But when I download both the U.S. male and U.S. Female enhanced Siri voice and try to use them, it downloads just fine and then Samantha is used no matter what I do. It seems to remember the last Samantha voice I used. For example if I am using compact Samantha and then try to switch to the U.S. Male Siri enhanced quality voice, it still uses compact Samantha.

Has anyone else had this problem? Or is there something else I need to do?

Hello,
I'm having a similar issue when trying to switch between compact Samantha and premium/enhanced Samantha. It always seems to use the one I last used, unless I add an additional voice to the roter which is in another language, or dialect, such as British English. It's not an issue that's easy to reproduce, so it happens at random times.

I can't delete the enhanced U.S. Siri voices either. It gives me a message about not being able to delete a voice in my current language, even though my rotor and default language are set to something else.

I started messing with the Siri settings though, and a few minutes ago somehow got it to work. It doesn't honor the setting every time I switch to the voice from within the dialect settings, but it works when I set it in the rotor. The enhanced U.S. voices though are very slow for some reason, slower and more laggy than U.K. and Australia.
