enhanced samantha disappeared

Good morning,
This morning after charging my phone I noticed my phone was speaking in the Compaq voice, turns out I had to go in and redownload the enhanced Samantha voice again. How did she even get deleted from my phone? I have a 5s running ios 8.2. I've never experienced this before.

Hello, I experienced this problem a little earlier this evening. When I got home from church, I noticed that enhanced quality Karen had disappeared on my iPhone 5c, running IOS8.2. Do you know if this is a bug or simply a fluke? I'm glad I'm not alone on this one.
