Hello All,
Not sure If this can be done or not, but I am looking for a way if possible, to be able to download music from YouTube onto My iPhone 4S. Does anyone know if there is anyway you can do this? Or is there an app I can download to do this with?
Thanks, Shane.

Hi Shane. The McTube app, in my opinion the best app for YouTube by a mile, allows you to download videos. It keeps them in a section called cache. There is also a feature called PlayBox in the app, which seems to be related to music and mp3, but I don't know much about this feature to be honest. HTH
Hello Shane, As Dave has mentioned. Yes, the following: McTube - Client for YouTube http://www.applevis.com/ios-app-directory/photo-and-video/mctube-client-youtube Now keep this in mind. This will let you to download your videos or music from YouTube on to your device just fine. The catch is that you can only play that video from only on the McTube app. So you won't be able to play this from say your library nor will it allow you to export it to your computer via iTunes. Now if you want the actual file in your library and the capability to export it to your computer. You will need to jailbreak your phone and I am sure some folks on here can point you to the right app that will allow you to do that.
Hi David, and Annimy Mouse, Yes, I'd like to be able to save the mp3 to my library and export them to my pc if wanted. So I guess jailbreaking is the only way to do this then?

Jailbreaking's not the only way to go, and not the easiest. Download MP3 music from YouTube or a better source onto your computer. Then put it onto your phone using iTunes.
