does any one know if the whats app messenger app wil work on the i pad minni? i looked for it and i t doesn't seem to appear in the app store

That app will not work on the iPad mini. The app uses your phone number from the iPhone or other smartphone you are using so, since the iPad is not a phone with no phone number, Whats App can't be found in the App store for the iPad. HTH.
