Some of Food Network's shows are on Hulu. And if your cable provider has an app, you could watch on that. For example, I have Cox Cable and it uses the Contour App. So I can watch all my cable channels either on the TV or if I'm in another room that doesn't have a TV like my kitchen, I can bring up the Contour app and choose a channel to watch on the phone.
