The acebook search works sometimes.
Sometimes doing facebook with a web browser works better. And sometimes i use google; i seerch for quote facebook science or facebook x,

1. Go to the Facebook app and click on the search facebook field. When you get there, type the name of a page you'd like to find, for example Applevis. Then hit search. Now you can either: a. click on the pages button, or b: keep swiping until you reach the page you want.
2. You can also go to Google either on the web or in your app, and type in the name of your page and Facebook. For example you could type in: Applevis facebook (or you can type facebook.com. Then once you click search, go until you find the page you are looking for. Then you can like your page!
In my opinion, you are better off searching in the Facebook app. That's been the easiest and smoothest way to find a page. Hope this helps!
