Documments?

Hello guys!
I'm trying to download a file in mp3 with the app the documments readle using my cellular data, but he continues to 10 kbps.
Is there any setting I should do to download on cellular data? My connection is good.
I'm using the iPhone 5 c with iOS 10.3.3.
