DishNetwork Remote Access

Hi. I am about to get an Iphone 5, and I'm wondering if the Dish Remote Access app is accessible. I am not so much concerned with setting recordings, but on my current android device I am able to select the show I want to watch and start it playing on my TV. I'm wonering if this is accessible with the app on the Iphone. Thanks for any help.

Hello, The newest release for this app have some accessibility issues. The app version is 3.02. I'm not sure if you can do what you want with this app, as I got frustrated with it when I couldn't read channel listings so I fortuneatly was able to go back to the previous one, which is 2.6.2 I believe. Sorry that I couldn't be of more hel. I contacted them about this new version, And got an email back requesting my Dish info, but haven't heard back after sending it. Shane.
