Can anyone help. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if this is some kind of bug or bad update...
I'm trying to play a bunch of previously accessible apps however when on them, the only feedback I get from VoiceOver is "Direct touch area", everywhere on the screen. If I rota and enable direct touch, I then get no VO feedback at all.
I know the direct touch works on apps like blindfold games that have been designed specially for V.I and VoiceOver compatibility, but direct touch seems to have made many mainstream apps that were previously accessible, now inaccessible.
Is there any way I can turn off direct touch completely so that when I interact with these apps, they will work as they used to?
Just a few examples of the apps I'm talking about are Soccer Tycoon, Soccer Agent and Landlord, but there are many more.

I'm having problems with direct touch in GarageBand and a Music app called ThumbJam.
Can't turn direct touch off because I can't get to the rotor. If I do manage to get to the rotor, direct touch is not in the rotor to select.
iOS and garage band are up-to-date.
What apps are giving you trouble with direct touch? I don't have an answer but would like to explore further.
