Dictation languages question

Hi guys.
So had a dictation question"
So How do you add a dictation language in IOS?
When I go into dictation languages I see english and hindi but since Apple has added the gujarati languagein IOS 26 would like to be able to dictate in that language or any other language as a matter of fact.
Any help would be appreciated.
